Ideal Consumer

Hi! I am starting this blog for the benefit of all of us as Consumers. All of us pay to buy goods and services and more often than not, when we need the help of the customer care or service centers the response we get as consumer's is not positive.

Most companies have set up Customer Care Centers, which are often out sourced. When we as consumers call up these customer care centers, the response usually is very vague. Sometimes we feel like we are talking to the walls. All this is due to the ignorance of the customer care staff. Lack of training and knowledge compels them to respond to our queries  in an evasive manner.

We all must remember that when we are paying for goods or services, it is the job of the retailer to ensure consumer satisfaction. If the consumer is not satisfied the retailer will eventually see a fall in sales. I am sure they do not want that .... as a consumer we must learn to make sure that our dissatisfaction is conveyed to them in an appropriate manner.

I would love to share with you my experiences with these customer care centers and companies and also learn about your experiences. So lets get started!!!!!
